Custom Workout Plans

Basic Plan

  • Price: $150/month
  • Includes:
    • 1 custom workout program per month tailored to your specific goals (strength, weight loss, overall fitness, etc.)
    • Access to a basic nutrition guide to support your workouts
    • 1 progress check-in per month to assess your performance and make any adjustments needed

Premium Plan

  • Price: $250/month
  • Includes:
    • 2 custom workout programs per month to keep things fresh and continuously progress towards your goals
    • Access to a more detailed nutrition guide with meal ideas and macronutrient recommendations
    • Weekly check-ins to track progress, adjust programs, and answer any questions
    • Email support for any workout or nutrition-related questions between check-ins

Elite Plan

  • Price: $350/month
  • Includes:
    • 4 custom workout programs per month (1 program per week) to ensure you're always progressing and staying challenged
    • A comprehensive nutrition plan with tailored meal ideas, macros, and even supplementation suggestions
    • Weekly progress check-ins and program adjustments
    • Priority email or text support for any workout, nutrition, or general fitness-related questions

 

Travel Fee

To provide the best personal training services at your location, I charge a $0.60 per mile travel fee. This helps cover fuel, vehicle wear, and time spent traveling to and from your location.

How It Works:

  • Travel is calculated based on the distance from my location to yours.
  • The $0.60 per mile rate applies to all distances, with no additional fees for specific distance ranges.
